Mastering US GAAP standards
Experience in leading financial & business processes, such as capital raising, opening international subsidiaries, leading due diligence, and compliance projects..
Past record as an active participant in board meetings and working with executives.
Great IR skills and top-of-the-class financial presentations
Staff management experience and motivating outsourcing parties.
High-level English.
Interpersonal skills: wide business understanding, multi-tasking, flexibility, and good interpersonal communication.
