Controller
Our controllers are the beating heart of the business. Located in the seam between the senior management and the administrators in the field, the role of Realize controllers is extremely important to ensure that the true business results of our portfolio companies, translate into the monthly reports in their entirety, allowing the senior management to take the necessary actions and business decisions.
Job requirements and skills
Certified CPA familiar with US GAAP.
3 years of experience in controllership positions with at least one position in a startup.
Generate a variety of financial reports for senior leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, team members, and outsourced parties.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
Approve payroll prior to processing.
Aid senior management in forecasting business revenue, projections, and budgets preparations.
Lead the IIA and year-end audits with the auditing firms.
Expert level in Excel and Microsoft tools.
Experience in Priority and Quickbooks is a strong advantage.
